We were so excited to be visited by the Three Kings on Friday as part of our celebration of the end of the Christmas season, Epiphany. Three Eighth Grade students played the Wise Men visiting from far away lands. The Rivers Class students enjoyed the visit and we asked many questions about where they came from and the kings' funny hats.
It was a joy to receive a gift of play silks, new cloths that may be used as costumes and other flexible and creative drama props, from the Three Kings. The children began making plans right away to use these together.
It was easy to become superhero daddies.
Kings and fancy princesses too. These gifts from the Three Kings will be a new tool for collaboration and delight!
