The children enjoyed reading, singing together, playing, and trying two teacher activities.
Ms Kadota showed the children how to store the cap on the end of the marker, and press firmly to hear the click when it closed. It was hard work for little hands.
With Ms Buckley and Ms Postema, the children tried cutting with scissors. There was great delight in their success.
The children are looking forward to more time to play when they come to school on Wednesday.
At the end of the morning the class practiced walking in a line down the hall and down the stairs to our pick up spot. Going forward, pick up will be at our usual time of 11:45am.
