Today we are scientists. What do scientists do?
At the beginning of the book Ada Twist, Scientist, Ada smelled a stinky smell.
Ada wanted to learn where the smell came from. So she made a prediction, her best guess. She predicted the smell came from her dad's cabbage stew. Ada tested to find out if that was where the smell came from.
When that prediction turned out not to be true, Ada made a second prediction, best guess. She predicted the smell came from the cat covered in perfume.
Today we are scientists like Ada. We are going to predict, make our best guess, of what will grow from our seeds.
Will it be a flower? Will it have a fruit?
Will it be a big or small plant?
What color will it be?
What shape leaves will it grow?
